Refund Policy

At OmniTrends, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every order is delivered accurately and in excellent condition. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.


Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact us via the Contact Us page or our official support channel

  2. Share your order number

  3. Provide clear pictures or a video showing the issue

  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours


Refund Method

  • Since we offer Cash on Delivery, refunds (if approved) will be processed via:

    • Bank transfer

    • Easypaisa / JazzCash

Refunds are issued after the returned product (if required) is inspected.


Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Accessories, manuals, and boxes must be included

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect address or unreachable phone number

  • Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or mishandling

  • Request made after 48 hours of delivery


Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

  • In case of approved refunds due to our error, return shipping may be covered by us


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
