Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:
You received a damaged product
You received a defective product
You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Share your order number
Provide clear pictures or a video showing the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours
Since we offer Cash on Delivery, refunds (if approved) will be processed via:
Bank transfer
Easypaisa / JazzCash
Refunds are issued after the returned product (if required) is inspected.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Accessories, manuals, and boxes must be included
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
Refunds or returns will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after delivery
Incorrect address or unreachable phone number
Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or mishandling
Request made after 48 hours of delivery
Delivery charges are non-refundable
In case of approved refunds due to our error, return shipping may be covered by us
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
